Young Deer Antlers?
That's what these frost-covered catalpa branches, glistening in the morning sun, brought to my mind. Sunshine and frost, though, make everything lovely. A clear, blue sky after a warm holiday at home -- what could be better?
Looks like a beautiful day in the north. We had sunshine yesterday too, took Katie for a walk around the neighborhood with my brother and his girlfriend. Was fun, though she, being from El Salvador, was cold. We thought it was balmy. :)

ReplyDeleteSunshine on fresh snow is great, isn't it? I've been enjoying your expeditions vicariously -- today, ice cream straight from the cow?!
ReplyDeletePamela...I love the deer antlers image, especially the "corona" of light surrounding its edges. Karen
ReplyDeleteThat's what reminded me of young antlers, Karen -- the fuzzy outlines. Sumac, too....
