Fall color is not far from my front door. I chose my viburnum (above) years ago because I love it in every season but especially in autumn. Peonies (below) bloomed months ago, but their deep red leaves make a vivid splash at this time of year
And nature is doing her own work, beyond my garden and all over the countryside. The Virginia creeper is spectacular this year!
