A Snow Drift or Soft-Serve Dairy Product?

  2. Most unusual! Have never seen snow drifts do that.
    There must be a climatological name for it, maybe
    based on the combination wind speed/direction-temperature/humidity...resulting in a natural polar
    Tasty-Freeze. IMO, it should be named after the discoverer, though.
