My first choice of these six is #5, but if my cropping capability weren't giving me fits I would have cropped the right side of the frame, leaving a square-formatted image. Hold your hand over the right edge and see if you don't agree with me. Second choice would be #2 with the long shadows in foreground, and third the chair. (I love the chair!) This post would have been stronger with only those three, but I got into reporting mode, obviously, and I'll leave them all up.
What would the landscape have looked like from above, I wonder, from a small plane? What will photographer Ken Scott have for us o the back page of this week's Leelanau Enterprise? Whatever it is, it will be stunning.
