(freshets...I like your photos of the Spring runoff.<br />(freshets, I guess). Lots of things stayed green under the snow this year. I haven't seen new ones shooting up yet. But it was so warm today, mid-80s, that the maples and other trees are on the verge of blossoming, and many frogs (not only spring peepers) have been singing for three or four days in a row.P. J.
